Afer
a grueling night of tree decorating and yuletide cheer, Jordy and
John make us a down-home Montana breakfast: eggs benedict with lobster
and crabmeat. Jordy, owner of the Dinosaur
Cafe in Missoula, is an accomplished Cajun chef. John, when he's
not trying to convince people that pork really IS the other white
meat, doubles as a sous chef.
